At the start, American capital partners assigns a specific management team to an acquisition to perform due diligence and risk assessment, review current operations and benchmark the property against nearby comparables before finalizing a business plan for the property. Following acquisition, the management team establishes tenant relations, implements its capital expenditures program and marketing plan and rebrands the property, if necessary.
